1. Opportunities belong to third parties

Every listing is owned and run by the organisation offering it. Beevora is not the employer, funder, recruiter or agent for any listing, and sharing an opportunity does not create an employment, agency or partnership relationship between you, Beevora and that organisation.

2. Verification and accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to review listings before publishing them, but we cannot independently confirm every detail. Deadlines, eligibility criteria, benefits and application steps can change or be withdrawn without notice. Always confirm the details on the organisation's own website before you apply.

3. No guarantee of outcome

Beevora cannot guarantee shortlisting, interviews, job offers, scholarship awards or funding. All selection and recruitment decisions are made solely by the organisation running the opportunity.

4. Beevora never charges for a listing

We never ask you to pay Beevora to see, access or apply for an opportunity, and we never ask for bank details, card numbers or payment on behalf of an employer. Anyone asking you to pay in Beevora's name is not acting for us.

5. Protecting yourself from recruitment fraud

• Be cautious of any request for an application, training, visa or "processing" fee.
• Check that emails come from the organisation's official domain, not a free email account.
• Apply through the official link on the organisation's own website wherever possible.
• Never share your bank details, passwords or one-time codes with a recruiter.
• Be wary of offers made with no interview, or of pressure to decide immediately.

6. Reporting a suspicious listing

If a listing on our platform looks fraudulent, misleading or out of date, tell us at hello@beevoralimited.com or through our contact page. We review reports promptly and remove listings that breach our standards.

7. Limitation of responsibility

Beevora is not responsible for withdrawn opportunities, changed deadlines, recruitment decisions, or any loss arising from your dealings with a third-party organisation. This disclaimer forms part of our Terms of Use.
