CapitalSage Holdings is inviting applications for the inaugural SageForge Graduate Programme, a 12-month leadership and career development journey for graduates who want to build practical skills and gain experience across different industries.
The programme begins with a six-week, in-person Foundation Block in Ibadan, covering business fundamentals, leadership, analytical thinking, communication and professional effectiveness. Participants will then be placed across CapitalSage businesses for structured, on-the-job development.
The programme offers mentorship, exposure to different business models, cross-functional collaboration and opportunities to work on real business projects.
