HR Shared Services Specialist

Dangote Industries Limited is seeking an HR Shared Services Specialist to coordinate key employee services and administrative activities at its headquarters in Lagos.

The role focuses on ensuring efficient delivery of employee welfare and support services while maintaining compliance with company policies and service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Administering employee medical and HMO schemes.
• Coordinating crèche operations and vendor relationships.
• Managing expatriate leave planning and administration.
• Coordinating local and international travel arrangements.
• Supporting employee welfare and engagement activities.
• Managing relationships with healthcare providers, travel agencies and other service providers.
• Preparing reports and monitoring service delivery.
• Identifying opportunities to improve HR shared services processes.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least nine years of relevant experience in HR Shared Services or Employee Services.
• A postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Human Resources or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Strong planning, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.

Experience in HMO management and strong Microsoft Excel skills are preferred.

The position is based at Dangote Industries Limited's Lagos headquarters.
